摘要
目的:探究针对性护理改善老年高血压患者血压及对睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021 年 1 月至2022 年 1 月福建医科大学附属第一医院干部病房收治的老年高血压患者 186 例作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组93 例.2 组分别进行血压测量,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)以及我院护理满意度自评量表,比较2 组干预前后的血压、心理状态、睡眠质量以及护理满意度.结果:观察组护理后舒张压和收缩压均低于对照组,观察组睡眠质量各项评分均低于对照组,观察组护理后SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,观察组护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:针对老年高血压患者实施针对性护理可以有效控制患者的血压,改善负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of targeted nursing on improving blood pressure and sleep quality in elderly hyper-tensive patients.Methods:A total of 186 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the cadre ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Divide into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 93 cases in each group.Two groups were measured for blood pressure using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and our hospital's Nursing Satisfaction Scale.The blood pressure,psychological state,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After nursing,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group.The sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The nursing sat-isfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Targeted care for elderly hypertensive patients can effectively control their blood pressure,improve negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and increase patient satisfaction with care,which is worth promoting.
