预见性护理在老年患者下肢骨折术后的应用效果及睡眠质量观察
Observation on the Application Effect and Sleep Quality of Predictive Care in Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fractures after Surgery

摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理在老年患者下肢骨折术后的应用效果,并分析对患者睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022 年1 月至2022 年 12 月福建厦门市同安区中医医院手术室收治的老年下肢骨折患者 115 例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组(n =57)和观察组(n =58).比较 2 组患者术后并发症、下肢症状、骨折康复情况、护理满意度、睡眠质量.结果:护理后,观察组深静脉血栓等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组疼痛缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、出院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度为98.28%,高于对照组的 84.21%(P＜0.05).护理前2 组患者阿森斯睡眠质量评分(AIS)比较(P＞0.05);护理后观察组AIS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:预见性护理在老年患者下肢骨折术后起到良好的促康复效果,可降低术后并发症的发生,使患者康复时间缩短,并提升其满意度与睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive care in elderly patients with lower limb fractures after surger-y,and analyze the impact on their sleep quality.Methods:A study was conducted on115 elderly patients with lowerlimb fractures admitted to operating Room of Tong'an District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots:the control group(n =57)and the observation group(n =58).Compare postoperative complications,lower limb symptoms,fracture recovery,nursing satisfaction,and sleep quality between two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The pain relief time and swelling relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group had shorter bedtime,fracture healing time,and discharge time compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.28%(57/58),while higher than the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 84.21%(48/57)(P＜0.05).Comparison of the Asens Sleep Quality Score(AIS)between the two groups of patients before nursing(P＞0.05);After nursing,the AIS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing has a good effect on promoting rehabilitation in elderly patients with lower limb fractures after surgery,reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications,shortening the recovery time,and improving patient satisfaction and sleep quality.
