妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后糖代谢、睡眠及营养状态的相关性研究

摘要
目的:分析妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后糖代谢情况、营养状态和睡眠情况,并对相关性进行分析.方法:选取2022 年2 月至2023 年6 月福建省泉州市第一医院产科行剖宫产手术的产妇 140 例作为研究对象,根据产妇是否患有妊娠期糖尿病分为观察组(患有妊娠期糖尿病)和对照组(无妊娠期糖尿病),每组 70 例.测定 2 组患者术后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平,评估其睡眠状态和营养状态,并将各项术后检测结果进行组间比较,同时分析妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后糖代谢情况与睡眠状态和营养状态的相关性.结果:观察组患者术后空腹血糖和餐后 2h血糖水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者术后的各项睡眠质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2 组患者术后的基础代谢率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但观察组的营养素评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).通过分析相关性,妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后糖代谢与睡眠质量指标和营养状态指标呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后多存在糖代谢异常,且直接影响患者的营养状态和睡眠质量.因此,对于患有妊娠期糖尿病的剖宫产手术患者更需要加强术后营养支持和管理,帮助其调整睡眠,以促进其身体状态和功能的恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the glucose metabolism,nutritional status and sleep status of gestational diabetes patients after cesarean section,and to analyze the correlation.Methods:A total of 140 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from February 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the main subjects.According to whether the women had gestational diabetes,they were divided into observation group(with gestational diabetes,n =70)and control group(without gestational diabetes,n = 70).The levels of postoperative fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were measured,the sleep status and nutritional status of the patients were evaluated,and the postoperative detection results were compared between the groups,and the correlation between the glucose metabolism and sleep status and nutritional status of the gestational diabetes patients after cesarean section was analyzed.Results:The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance.The scores of sleep quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance.In the assessment of nutritional status,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of postoperative BMS between the two groups,but the nu-trient score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance.Through the analysis of correlation,the glucose metabolism of gestational diabetes patients after cesarean section was positively correlated with sleep quality indexes and nutritional status indexes(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Abnormal glucose metabolism is common in gesta-tional diabetes patients after cesarean section,which directly affects the nutritional status and sleep quality of the patients.Therefore,for cesarean section patients with gestational diabetes,it is more necessary to strengthen postoperative nutri-tional support and management to help patients adjust sleep in order to promote the recovery of their body status and function.
