摘要
目的:分析以质量持续改进为指导的护理在重度子痫前期产妇中的应用效果及对其睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022 年 1 月至2022 年 12 月福建厦门市妇幼保健院产科收治的重度子痫前期产妇200 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 100 例.对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组开展以质量持续改进为指导的护理干预,比较分析2 组产妇的睡眠质量、心理健康状况、自我管理能力、舒适度以及护理满意度等指标.结果:护理后,观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,观察组负性情绪评分较对照组低,观察组自我管理能力较对照组强,观察组舒适度较对照组高(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的 85.00%(P＜0.05).结论:对于重度子痫前期产妇来说,采用以质量持续改进为指导的护理干预,可以提升产妇护理满意度、舒适度以及自我管理能力,改善其心理健康状况与睡眠质量,应用效果十分显著.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing guided by continuous quality improvement in severe preeclamp-sia pregnant women and its impact on their sleep quality.Methods:A total of 200 severe preeclampsia pregnant women who visi-ted our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects of this study.These 200 severe preeclampsia pregnant women were divided into groups using a random number table method.Among them,100 single numbered pregnant women were included in the routine group.This group of pregnant women received routine nursing interventions,and an-other100 double numbered pregnant women were included in the study group,this group of pregnant women carried out nursing interventions guided by continuous quality improvement,and set indicators such as sleep quality,mental health status,self-man-agement ability,comfort,and nursing satisfaction as evaluation criteria for the two groups of pregnant women.Results:Evaluating the sleep quality of postpartum women,it can be seen that the research group is superior to the conventional group(P＜0.05);the evaluation of maternal mental health showed that the study group had a lower negative emotional score(P＜0.05);the self-management ability of postpartum women was evaluated,and it was found that the research group had strong abilities(P＜0.05);the evaluation of maternal comfort showed that the study group had a higher level of comfort(P＜0.05);the evaluation of mater-nal care satisfaction showed that the total satisfaction rate of the research group(96.00%)was higher than that of the convention-al group(85.00%),and the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For pregnant women with severe preeclampsia,adopting nursing interventions guided by continuous quality improvement can improve their nurs-ing satisfaction,comfort,and self-management ability,improve their mental health status and sleep quality,and have a significant application effect.
