肛肠疾病患儿手术治疗后抚触协同儿歌背景换药护理作用及对睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:探究肛肠疾病患儿手术治疗后抚触协同儿歌背景换药护理作用及对睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022 年 1月至2023 年6 月福建省泉州市妇幼保健院/儿童医院小儿外科收治的肛肠疾病患儿 86 例作为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组43 例.对照组行常规换药护理,观察组联合抚触协同儿歌背景换药护理,比较 2 组患儿症状(疼痛、水肿、创面愈合)好转时间、换药时情况(换药时间、患儿哭闹时长、疼痛程度)、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]、生命质量[健康问卷调查简表(SF-36)]及患儿家长满意度.结果:观察组疼痛、水肿、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).护理前,2 组换药时情况比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,与对照组比较,观察组换药时间、患儿哭闹时长更短,疼痛更轻(P＜0.05).护理前,2 组患儿PSQI、SF-36 评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,与对照组比较,观察组PSQI 评分更低,SF-36 评分更高(P＜0.05).2 组患儿家长满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:肛肠疾病患儿术后接受抚触协同儿歌背景换药护理,能促进患儿症状改善,促进顺利换药,还能提高睡眠质量及生命质量,患儿家长满意度也更高.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the nursing effect of touch coordination nursery rhyme background dressing change after surgical treatment for children with anorectal diseases and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 86 children with anorectal dis-eases admitted to the Pediatric Surgery Department of Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital Children's Hospital in Fujian Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine dressing change care,while the observation group received a combination of touch and collaborative nursery rhyme background dressing change care.The improve-ment time of symptoms(pain,edema,wound healing),dressing change situation(dressing change time,crying time,pain level),sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],quality of life[Health Questionnaire Survey Summary(SF-36)],and satis-faction of parents of the two groups of children were compared.Results:The pain,edema,and wound healing time in the observa-tion group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05)in the comparison of dressing changes between the two groups.After nursing,compared with the control group,the ob-servation group had shorter dressing change time,longer crying time,and milder pain(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no sta-tistically significant difference in PSQI and SF-36 scores between the two groups of children(P＞0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower PSQI scores and higher SF-36 scores(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in parental satisfaction between the two groups of children(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative care of children with anorectal diseases who receive touch coordinated nursery rhyme background dressing change can promote symptom improvement,facilitate smooth dressing change,and improve sleep quality and quality of life.The satisfaction of parents of the children is also higher.
