摘要
目的:分析引导式教育训练对癫痫患儿睡眠质量、生命质量的影响.方法:选取2022 年 1 月至2022 年 12 月泉州市妇幼保健院确诊收治的癫痫患儿 176 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 88 例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予引导式教育训练干预,2 组患儿均持续干预2 周.采用儿童睡眠障碍量表(SDSC)评估2 组患儿的睡眠障碍的发生情况,采用理查兹坎贝尔睡眠问卷(RCSQ)评估2 组患儿的睡眠质量.采用儿童生命质量普适性核心量表(PedsQLTM4.0)中文版对2 组患儿的生命质量进行评估,记录2 组患儿的跌倒/坠床、药物渗出、外伤等不良反应发生情况.结果:干预后,观察组SDSC评分显著低于对照组,观察组RCSQ评分显著高于对照组,观察组生命质量普适性核心量表评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:引导式教育训练可以有效提高癫痫患儿的睡眠质量以及生命质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of guided education and training on the sleep quality and quality of life of children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 176 children with epilepsy diagnosed and admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n =88)and a control group(n = 88)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group re-ceived guided education and training intervention.Both groups of children received continuous intervention for 2 weeks.Use the Children's Sleep Disorder Scale(SDSC)to evaluate the occurrence of sleep disorders in two groups of children,and use the Rich-ards Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ)to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups of children.Adopting the Pediatric Quality of Life Universal Core Scale(PedsQLTM4.0)the Chinese version evaluates the quality of life of two groups of children,re-cording the occurrence of adverse reactions such as falls/falls,drug exudation,and trauma.Results:After intervention,the SDSC score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the RCSQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the universal core scale score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Guided education and training can effectively improve the sleep quality and quality of life of children with epilepsy.
