Analyzing the Impact of Bundled Nursing Interventions on Sleep Quality and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Anxiety Disorder

摘要
目的:分析集束化护理干预对焦虑症患者睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响.方法:选取2021 年2 月至2023 年2 月福建省泉州市第三医院收治的焦虑症患者 100 例作为主要研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n =50)和对照组(n =50).对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上,联合给予集束化护理干预.采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)比较2 组患者干预前后患者的焦虑状况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较 2 组患者干预前后的睡眠质量的变化,采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30 评分)对 2 组患者的生命质量进行评估,并比较 2 组患者的护理满意度.结果:干预后,观察组HAMA评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组生命质量QLQ-C30 评分、护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:对焦虑症患者实施集束化护理干预既有利于改善其焦虑情绪,又可以提高其睡眠质量、生命质量及患者护理满意度,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of bundled nursing intervention on the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of pa-tients with anxiety disorder.Methods:A total of 100 patients with anxiety disorder admitted to the Third Hospital of Quanzhou Cit-y,Fujian Province from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the main research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n =50)and a control group(n =50)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received bundled nursing intervention in combination with routine nursing intervention.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to compare the anxiety status of two groups of patients before and af-ter intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Quality of Life Scale(QLQ-C30 score)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the HAMA score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The QLQ-C30 score of the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing bundled nurs-ing interventions for patients with anxiety disorder is beneficial for improving their anxiety mood,as well as improving their sleep quality,quality of life,and patient satisfaction with nursing care.It is worth promoting and applying.
