心理护理联合疼痛护理对改善子宫肌瘤患者围手术期睡眠质量的效果
Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Pain Nursing on Improving Sleep Quality of Patients with Uterine Fibroid during Perioperative Period

摘要
目的:分析子宫肌瘤患者围手术期应用心理护理联合疼痛护理对改善睡眠质量的效果.方法:选取 2023 年 2 月至2023 年7 月福建厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤患者 82 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41 例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行心理护理联合疼痛护理,比较 2 组心理状态、恢复时间、睡眠质量及生命质量.结果:观察组肛门排气时间、体温恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间较对照组更短(P＜0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组更低(P＜0.05);观察组护理后 1 周、护理后 2 周及护理后 4 周PSQI评分较对照组更低(P＜0.05);观察组护理后心理、躯体、社会功能及物质生活评分较对照组更高(P＜0.05).结论:子宫肌瘤患者围手术期应用心理护理联合疼痛护理,有利于缩短患者术后恢复时间,促进睡眠质量提高,并改善心理状态.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on improving sleep quality in pa-tients with Uterine fibroid during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 82 patients with Uterine fibroid who were admitted from department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xinglin Branch,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to July 2023 were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received 41 routine nursing,and the observation group received 41 psychological nursing combined with pain nursing.The psychological status,recovery time,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The results showed that the observation group had shorter a-nal exhaust time,body temperature recovery time,bedtime activity time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P＜0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);the PSQI scores of the observation group at 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after nursing were lower than those of the con-trol group(P＜0.05);the psychological,physical,social function,and material life scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing in the perioperative period of patients with Uterine fibroid can shorten the recovery time of patients after surgery,promote the improvement of sleep quality and improve their psychological status.
