急诊心肌梗死患者应用积极心理干预联合风险预警下精细化护理模式对睡眠的影响

摘要
目的:探究在急诊心肌梗死患者护理过程中开展积极心理干预联合风险预警下精细化护理模式对其睡眠质量、心功能的改善作用.方法:选取2021 年3 月至2023 年4 月福建中医药大学附属人民医院急诊科收治的心肌梗死患者 70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35 例.对照组患者开展常规护理支持,观察组患者开展积极心理干预联合风险预警下精细化护理模式.分析 2 组睡眠质量、心功能等改善情况.结果:护理前,2 组患者睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预后,观察组 PSQI 评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理前,2 组患者心功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),护理后,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2 组希望水平、Herth量表评分、3 个维度评分比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:急诊心肌梗死患者在治疗过程中接受积极心理护理联合风险预警下精细化护理模式护理,可以提升患者睡眠质量,改善其心功能,并提升其希望水平,有助于其恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of refined nursing mode under the combination of positive psychological intervention and risk warning in the nursing process of emergency myocardial infarction patients on their sleep quality and cardiac function.Methods:From March 2021 to April 2023,70 emergency myocardial infarction patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into a control group(35 cases,receiving routine nursing support)and an observation group(35 cases,receiving refined nursing mode under the combination of positive psychological intervention and risk warning)using a nu-merical table.Analyze the improvement of sleep quality and cardiac function in both groups.The results showed that there was no difference in the sleep quality score of the patients before intervention.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observa-tion group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the two groups of cardiac function indicators,there was no difference before intervention,and after intervention,the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Comparing between the two groups,in terms of the desired level changes,Herth scale scores,all three dimensions the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment process,emergency myocardial in-farction patients who receive positive psychological intervention combined with refined nursing mode intervention under risk warn-ing can improve their sleep quality,improve their heart function,and enhance their hope level,which is helpful for their recovery.
