摘要
目的:分析预见性护理对糖尿病足截肢术后患者并发症、康复效果及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021 年2 月至2023 年4 月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的进行截肢手术的糖尿病足患者30 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组 15 例.对照给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上配合实施预见性护理干预.采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2 组患者睡眠质量的差异,比较2 组患者术后并发症发生情况,并评定2 组患者的康复效果.结果:干预后,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,康复效果优于对照组,其中肉芽生长状态和边缘炎肿状态评分显著小于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:预见性护理在糖尿病足截肢手术患者的护理上有明显的应用优势,不仅可以加快其术后康复速度,又可以将并发症的发生风险降到最低,还有利于改善患者的睡眠,临床上值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of predictive nursing on complications,rehabilitation effect and sleep quality of patients with diabetes after amputation of foot.Methods:Thirty patients with diabetes foot who underwent amputation from Febru-ary 2021 to April 2023 in the People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(n =15)and the control group(n =15)according to the random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group cooperated with the implementa-tion of predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to com-pare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients,compare the incidence of postoperative complications,and e-valuate the rehabilitation effects of the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the incidence of complications in the ob-servation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the rehabilitation effect was better than that in the con-trol group.Among them,the scores of granulation growth status and marginal inflammation status were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing has obvious application advantages in the nursing of patients with diabetes foot amputation.It can not only speed up their postoperative rehabilitation,but also reduce the risk of complications to the minimum,and also help improve the sleep of patients.It is worth popularizing in clini-cal practice.
