摘要
目的:探析基于损伤控制理念腹部手术联合多学科协助护理对急诊严重腹部损伤患者并发症发生率及睡眠质量的效果.方法:选取2022 年6 月至2023 年6 月福建医科大学附属第一医院急诊医学中心急诊收治的严重腹部损伤患者80 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40 例.对照组应用基于损伤控制理念腹部手术联合常规护理,观察组应用基于损伤控制理念腹部手术联合多学科协作护理,比较2 组患者手术指标、并发症发生率及睡眠质量.结果:观察组手术指标等多项指标测定数值明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组睡眠质量各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:急诊严重腹部损伤患者应用基于损伤控制理念腹部手术联合多学科协助护理在预防术后并发症发生的同时提高患者睡眠质量,有利于加速患者康复进程,缩短住院治疗时间.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of abdominal surgery combined with multidisciplinary assisted nursing based on the concept of injury control in patients with severe abdominal injuries admitted to the emergency department.Methods:A total of 80 patients with severe abdominal injuries admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n =40)and an observation group(n =40)using a random number table method.The control group received abdominal surgery based on injury control concept and routine care,while the observation group received abdominal surgery based on injury control concept and multidisciplinary collaborative care.The surgical indicators,incidence of complications,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Comparing multiple indicators such as surgical indicators between the two groups of patients,the measured values in the observation group were significantly low-er than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower,and there was a significant difference compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Compared to the control group,the ob-servation group had higher sleep quality(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of abdominal surgery combined with multidisci-plinary assisted nursing based on the concept of injury control in emergency patients with severe abdominal injury can prevent postoperative complications while improving the patient's sleep quality,which is beneficial for accelerating the patient's recovery process and shortening hospitalization time.
