摘要
目的:探析基于症状管理理论的三元联动式护理对老年股骨颈骨折术后髋关节功能、并发症发生率及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022 年 8 月至2023 年 8 月福建省泉州市泉港区医院骨科老年股骨颈骨折术后患者 78 例作为研究对象,应用随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组39 例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施基于症状管理理论的三元联动式护理.比较2 组患者术后并发症发生率、髋关节功能以及睡眠质量变化.结果:观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理前,2 组髋关节功能评分、睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),护理后,观察组髋关节功能评分、睡眠质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:应用基于症状管理理论的三元联动式护理能够有效预防老年股骨颈骨折患者术后并发症,对于提高患者睡眠质量以及促进髋关节功能恢复具有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of using symptom management theory based ternary linkage nursing on postoperative complications,hip joint function,and sleep quality in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures undergoing surgical treatment.Methods:A total of 78 eldely patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent surgical treatment from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n =39)and an observation group(n =39)using a double blind meth-od.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a three-way linkage nursing based on symptom management theory.The incidence of postoperative complications,hip joint function,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in hip joint function scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the hip joint function score and sleep quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of ternary linkage nursing based on symptom management theory in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures can effectively prevent postoperative complications,and has positive signifi-cance in improving patients'sleep quality and promoting hip joint function recovery.
