流程化护理模式对胃肠镜检查术患者检查效率及睡眠质量的影响
Effect of Process Nursing Mode on Examination Efficiency and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

摘要
目的:探讨流程化护理模式对接受胃肠镜检查术患者检查效率及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月至2023 年6 月福建省老年医院消化内二科收治的58 例胃肠镜检查术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组29 例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施流程化护理,比较2 组检查效率、睡眠质量以及生命体征变化情况.结果:观察组检查过程中麻醉药物使用剂量较对照组更少,检查所用时间较对照组更短(P＜0.05).检查结束后 1个月,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分较对照组更低(P＜0.05).检查结束,2 组心率(HR)、呼吸频率(R)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均有所升高,但观察组升高幅度明显更小,且HR、R、SBP、DBP均较对照组更低(P＜0.05).结论:流程化护理模式对胃肠镜检查术患者检查效率及睡眠质量提升改善具有显著作用,同时也能更好地维持患者生命体征的稳定,值得推荐和施行.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the implementation effect and clinical significance of process nursing mode in patients undergo-ing gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,a total of 58 patients who met the standard for gastrointes-tinal endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups.The sample size in each group was 29 cases.The former group(control group)was given routine care,while the latter group(observation group)was given process care.The examination efficiency,sleep quality and changes of vital signs were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the dosage of narcotic drugs used in the observation group was less,and the examination time was shorter(P＜0.05).One month after the ex-amination,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After the examination,the heart rate(HR),respiratory frequency(R),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the two groups all increased,but the increase in the observation group was significantly smaller,and HR,R,SBP and DBP were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The process-based nursing mode has a signifi-cant effect on improving the examination efficiency and sleep quality of patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy,and can also better maintain the stability of patients'vital signs,which has high application value and is worth recommending and implementing.
