APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导对食管胃静脉曲张出血内镜治疗患者的影响
Effect of APP Health Education Mode Combined with Comprehensive Sleep Guidance on Endoscopic Treatment of Esophageal and Gastric Varices Bleeding

摘要
目的:观察APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导在食管胃静脉曲张出血内镜治疗患者延续性护理中的应用.方法:选取2022 年 1 月至2023 年6 月广西贵港市人民医院消化内科收治的并于消化科进行内镜治疗的食管胃静脉曲张出血患者 100 例作为研究对象,按照盲抽法随机分为观察组(n =52)和对照组(n =48).对照组给予常规延续性护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导.评估干预前后2 组的健康教育知识水平、睡眠情况、心理状态、再出血发生率以及护理满意度,2 组均持续干预 3 个月.结果:护理后,观察组医院自制健康教育知识调查问卷各维度评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);2 组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均有不同程度下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组再出血发生率明显低于对照组,观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:经内镜治疗后食管胃静脉曲张出血患者的延续性护理过程中,采用APP健康宣教模式联合综合性睡眠指导干预能显著提高患者对疾病的认知水平,改善睡眠质量与负性心态,同时提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application of APP health education mode combined with comprehensive sleep guidance in the continuous care of patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.Methods:In 100 patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding from January 2022 to June 2023,the patients were randomly divided into combined group(52 cases)and conven-tional group(48 cases),and the control group was given routine continuous nursing,and the observation group was given APP health education mode combined with comprehensive sleep guidance on the basis of the control group.The level of health educa-tion knowledge,sleep,psychological status,incidence of rebleeding,and satisfaction with care were assessed in the two groups,which continuous intervention for 3 months.Results:After the intervention,the scores and total scores of each dimension of the questionnaire were significantly higher than the conventional group(P＜0.05);The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and SCL-90 score were decreased in 2 groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of rebleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the continuous nursing process of patients with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding after endoscopic treatment,the application of APP health education model combined with comprehensive sleep guidance intervention can significantly improve patients'cogni-tion level of the disease,improve sleep quality and negative mentality,and improve nursing satisfaction.
