摘要
目的:探讨基于神经功能损伤程度的分级护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能、肢体功能的影响.方法:选取2021 年2 月至2022 年2 月福建厦门大学附属第一医院神经外科收治的脑出血患者66 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33 例.对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组实施基于神经功能损伤程度的分级护理.对比 2组患者并发症发生情况、神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活能力.结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理干预后观察组患者神经功能低于对照组,肢体功能评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);且观察组日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:在脑出血患者手术治疗后实施基于神经功能损伤程度的分级护理措施,可取得更为理想的护理干预效果,积极减少相关并发症发生,改善神经功能及肢体功能,促进患者早日康复,进而积极提升其日常生活能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of graded nursing based on the degree of neurological damage on nerve function and limb function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery.Methods:A total of 66 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admit-ted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University Neurosurgery from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and 33 cases in each group were randomly divided into groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received graded nursing based on the degree of neu-rological damage.Neurological function,limb function,complications and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results:The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing intervention,the neurological function of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the limb func-tion score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05)..The daily living ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Active implementation of graded nursing measures based on the degree of nerve function injury after surgery for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can achieve a more rational nursing intervention effect,re-duce the occurrence of related complications,effectively improve nerve function and limb function and promote early recovery of patients,and then actively improve their daily life ability.
