行为动机转换理念护理对ICU综合征患者生活自理能力及睡眠的影响

摘要
目的:分析ICU综合征患者应用行为动机转换理念护理的效果.方法:选取2021 年 1 月至2021 年 12 月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的ICU综合征患者 80 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组 40例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施行为动机转换理念护理,比较分析2 组的临床效果.结果:护理后,观察组患者生活自理能力评分高于对照组,HAD焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,生命质量评分及护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:行为动机转换理念护理应用在ICU综合征患者群体,可以减轻患者心理状态,改善其睡眠质量和生命质量,使其生活自理能力更好,护理满意度更高,值得临床广泛推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of behavioral motivation conversion in ICU syndrome patients.Methods:From Januar-y 2021 to December 2021,80 patients with ICU syndrome in our hospital were divided into 2 groups,and the clinical effects of routine nursing and behavioral motivation conversion nursing were compared.Results:After nursing,the score of self-care ability in observation group was higher than that in control group,the score of anxiety and depression in HAD group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05),the score of sleep quality in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the score of life quality and nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The appli-cation of behavioral motivation conversion concept in ICU syndrome patients can reduce the psychological state of patients,im-prove the quality of sleep and life of patients,patients have better self-care ability and higher nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
