摘要
目的:观察失眠合并精神分裂症患者实施针灸治疗方案的效果.方法:选取2022 年 1 月至2023 年 1 月山东省淄博市精神卫生中心收治的失眠合并精神分裂症患者 80 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40 例,对照组给予阿普唑仑治疗,观察组给予针灸诊疗方案治疗.采用《中医病证诊断疗效标准》比较2 组中医症状,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2 组患者干预前后的睡眠质量,采用简明精神病评定(BPRS)量表对2 组患者进行精神病症状进行评估,并比较 2 组患者干预前后并发症发生率.结果:干预后,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,BPRS量表评分、中医症状评分、PSQI量表评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:实施针灸治疗方案可显著改善失眠合并精神分裂症患者失眠状况和精神状态,逐渐提升其中医治疗症状效果,帮助患者早日恢复健康,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on insomnia patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with insomnia and schizophrenia admitted to Zibo Mental Health Center in Shandong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n =40)and the control group(n =40).The control group was treated with alprazolam,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.We compared the symptoms of two groups of traditional Chinese medicine using the Diagnosis and Treatment Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),compared the sleep quality of two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),evaluated the psychiatric symptoms of the two groups of patients using the Brief Psy-chiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),and compared the incidence of complications before and after intervention.Results:After interven-tion,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The BPRS scale score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and PSQI scale score were all significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of acu-puncture and moxibustion treatment program can significantly improve the insomnia and mental state of patients with insomnia and schizophrenia,gradually improve the effect of TCM treatment symptoms,and help patients recover as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
