摘要
目的:研究肺癌化疗患者护理中循证护理的应用价值,重点探讨此种护理模式对病患癌因性疲乏、依从性以及睡眠情况的影响.方法:选取2022 年4 月至2023 年3 月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的肺癌化疗患者 60 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30 例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理干预.采用癌因性疲乏(CRF)比较2 组患者的癌症疲劳程度,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较 2 组患者睡眠质量的差异,并比较2 组患者的治疗依从性.结果:干预后,观察组CRF评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组治疗依从性显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:对肺癌化疗患者实施循证护理干预更有利于改善癌因性疲乏,提高患者的依从性,改善睡眠质量,从整体上提高患者化疗期间的生命质量,在临床上值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of evidence-based nursing in the care of lung cancer chemotherapy patients,with a focus on exploring the impact of this nursing model on cancer-related fatigue,compliance,and sleep status.Methods:Sixty lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n =30)and a control group(n =30)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing interven-tion,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Cancer induced fatigue(CRF)was used to compare the degree of cancer fatigue between two groups of patients,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between the two groups of patients,and the treatment compliance of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the CRF score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Imple-menting evidence-based nursing intervention for lung cancer chemotherapy patients is more conducive to improving cancer-related fatigue,enhancing patient compliance,improving sleep quality,and overall improving the quality of life of patients during chemo-therapy.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
