摘要
目的:分析肺癌患者应用基于时机理论的护理干预结合循证式癌痛护理对其疼痛及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022 年2 月至2023 年2 月福建中医药大学附属宁德市中医院肿瘤科收治的肺癌患者 78 例作为研究对象,随机分组为对照组和观察组,每组39 例.对照组实施常规性护理干预,观察组实施基于时机理论的护理干预结合循证式癌痛护理,观察2 组的疼痛评分及生命质量、睡眠质量.结果:护理后,观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,观察组的生命质量评分均高于对照组,观察组的睡眠质量评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:肺癌患者应用基于时机理论的护理干预结合循证式癌痛护理对其疼痛及睡眠质量有积极的影响,极大地缓解了疼痛程度,改善了睡眠质量,进而提高了生命质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of nursing interventions based on timing theory combined with evidence-based canc-er pain care on the pain and sleep quality of lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 78 lung cancer patients were randomly di-vided into a reference group and a study group of 39 patients,based on the time of admission.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received evidence-based cancer pain care combined with timing theory nursing inter-vention.The pain scores,quality of life,and sleep quality of the two groups were observed.Results:After nursing,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the sleep quality scores of the study group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing interventions based on timing theory combined with evidence-based cancer pain care for lung cancer patients has a positive impact on their pain and sleep quality,greatly alleviating the degree of pain,improving sleep quality,and ultimately improving quality of life.
