Objective:To analyze the application effect of phacoemulsification+blue light filter intraocular lens in cataract pa-tients.Methods:A total of 70 cataract patients admitted to Xishui County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei Prov-ince from December 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the numerical table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted phacoe-mulsification+hard intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group adopted phacoemulsification+blue light filtration in-traocular lens implantation to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity level and corneal astigmatism in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(Ps＜0.05).The difference in IOP levels was not significant(P＞0.05).The complication rate,sleep quality and sleep status score of the observation group were sig-nificantly better than that of the control group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification+blue light filtration intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients can improve the sleep state and quality,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high ap-plication value.
