Objective:To explore the effect of phased rehabilitation exercise in the nursing of rheumatic heart disease patients un-dergoing valve replacement surgery. Methods:A total of 70 patients with rheumatic heart disease who underwent valve replace-ment surgery in Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and ran-domly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 patients in each group. After valve replacement surgery,rou-tine nursing plan, routine nursing+phased rehabilitation exercise plan were implemented in the control group and the observation group, respectively. The incidence of postoperative complications, cardiac function indicators, and scores on comfort and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results:Regarding postoperative complications, the total incidence rate in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the detection values of N-terminal B-type natri-uretic peptide precursor and Tei index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the detection value of left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the comfort score in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group, and the sleep quality score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:After valve replacement surgery in patients with rheumatic heart disease, phased reha-bilitation exercise nursing can enhance the patient's cardiac function improvement effect, reduce postoperative complications,im-prove comfort, and improve sleep.
