Objective:To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine on sleep quality after surgery in patients with general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 110 patients under general anesthesia admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods,the control group was subjected to con-ventional general anesthesia,and the observation group was subjected to dexmedetomidine assisted in general anesthesia for seda-tion,and the effect was compared.Results:Compared with the level of each index,the observation group was obviously better than the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The use of dexmedetomidine as an adjuvant sedation can improve the sleep quality of patients under general anesthesia after surgery,and has good sedation efficacy and few adverse reactions.
