The Therapeutic Effect and Sleep Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Combined with Clinical Targeted Nursing on Patients with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Pancreatitis
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect and sleep quality of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with clinical targeted nursing on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 108 pa-tients with pancreatitis and gastrointestinal dysfunction admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Quanzhou First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were ran-domly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group,using a random number table meth-od.The control group received targeted nursing intervention,while the observation group received targeted nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients,and to compare the recovery of gastrointestinal function and clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The recovery time of serum amylase and bowel sounds,first spontaneous defeca-tion time,abdominal distension and pain relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and clinical targeted nurs-ing for patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in pancreatitis is not only beneficial for promoting clinical efficacy,but also for improving gastrointestinal function,improving sleep quality,and accelerating disease recovery speed.
