摘要

目的:探讨医护一体化健康教育对老年种植牙患者认知度及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021年9月至2022年12月漳州卫生职业学院附属口腔医院护理部收治的老年种植牙患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组接受医护一体化健康教育,比较2组治疗认知度,遵医依从性,并发症及睡眠质量.结果:观察组治疗认知度与遵医依从性高于对照组(均P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:医护一体化健康教育可保障老年种植牙患者顺利完成治疗,提升其认知度及遵医依从性,减少并发症发生,提高其睡眠质量.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of integrated health education on the recognition and sleep quality of elderly patients with dental implants.Methods:A total of 78 elderly dental implant patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to De-cember 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(received routine health education)and the observation group(re-ceived integrated health education),with 39 cases in each group.The treatment awareness,compliance,complications and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Treatment awareness and compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group(Ps＜0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Integrated health education can guarantee the successful completion of treatment for elderly patients with dental implants,improve their awareness and compliance,reduce complications and improve their sleep quality.
