Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical comfort effect of humanized nursing in children with mycoplasma pneu-monia accompanied by fever and its impact on sleep quality. Methods:A total of 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia and fe-ver admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group(routine nursing)and observation group(humanized nursing),with 45 cases each. The clinical intervention effects of both groups were explored and analyzed. Results:In the observation group, the time to complete disappearance of fever symptoms, time to sleep improvement, the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCRED)score,Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)score, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score were lower than the control group. However, daily sleep duration and sleep improvement efficiency were higher than the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing for children with mycoplasma pneumonia accompanied with fever can effectively comfort their psychological e-motions,improve the quality of sleep, speed up the disappearance of fever symptoms, and ensure their adequate sleep time, which is worthy of recommendation.
