Objective:To observe and analyze the application value of personalized nursing intervention in patients with depres-sion and sleep disorders. Methods:A total of 80 patients diagnosed with depression combined with sleep disorders were divided into observation and control groups based on differences in nursing methods. Both groups received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received additional personalized nursing interventions.Evaluate the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score before and after nursing intervention in two groups of patients. Results:Before nursing, the SDS scores of both groups of patients were high and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing, the SDS scores of both groups decreased, but the observation group was lower than the con-trol group(Ps<0.05).Before nursing, the PSQI scores of both groups were high and there was no statistically significant differ-ence,indicating that the sleep quality of both groups of patients was poor(P>0.05).After nursing, the PSQI scores of both groups decreased, but the observation group had a lower score(Ps<0.05).It indicates that both groups of patients have improved sleep quality, but the observation group has a more significant improvement effect. Conclusion:Personalized nursing interventions applied to patients with depression and sleep disorders can effectively reduce their level of depression, improve their sleep status, and ultimately gain their recognition.
