Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative humanized nursing on improving the psychological state and sleep quality of patients undergoing gastric polypectomy under gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 106 patients with gastric polyp resection under gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received general nursing,while the observation group received perioperative humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.Anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of the two patients before and after nursing were compared.Results:The anxiety,de-pression,and sleep quality scores of the observation group with gastric polyp resection under gastroscopy after nursing were lower than those of the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative humanized nursing can effectively promote the improve-ment of negative emotions in patients with gastric polyp resection under gastroscopy and improve their sleep quality.
