Objective:To explore the effects of cardiac rehabilitation mode on heart rate control, mental state and sleep quality in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods:A total of 80 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given cardiac rehabilitation mode intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results:After intervention,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HA-MA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores, resting heart rate and complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(Ps<0.05).The recurrence rates of 6-minute walking test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and atrial fibrillation conversion rate in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The cardiac rehabilitation mode can control the ventricular rate in the stable range, promote the conversion of atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm, improve the heart function, reduce the occurrence of complications and im-prove the sleep quality.
