Analyzing the Role of Responsibility Based Nursing Interventions in Improving Postoperative Complications,Sleep Quality, and Prognosis in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To analyze the role of responsibility based nursing intervention in improving postoperative complications, sleep quality, and prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods:A total of 198 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Joint Logistics Support Force 909th Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study sub-jects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=102)and a control group(n=96)using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received responsibility based nursing intervention. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after inter-vention between two groups of patients. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)was used to evaluate the motor function of stroke pa-tients,the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)was used to evaluate their daily living activities, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the changes in neurological function indicators, and the Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)was used to compare the changes in quality of life between two groups of patients before and after intervention, and the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients were compared. Results:After intervention, the PSQI score and NIHSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The FMA score,MBI score, and SS-QOL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistical-ly significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Responsibility based nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative com-plications in patients with acute ischemic stroke, improve their sleep quality and quality of life, improve their neurological func-tion,and enhance their daily activity ability. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
