Objective:To explore the effect of NNN-linked nursing model on sleep quality and self-feeling of patients with throm-bocytopenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with thrombocytopenia who were treated in the hematology department of Quanzhou First Hospital from August 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group(n=40,carrying out NNN-linked nursing mode)and control group(n=40,receiving conventional nursing mode)according to the envelope method, and the differences of sleep quality,self-efficacy and bad mood scores between the two groups were com-pared before and after nursing intervention. Results:After nursing, the dimensions and total scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality In-dex,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05),while the scores of self-efficacy scale were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group 87.50%(35/40).Conclusion:NNN-linked nursing mode can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with thrombocytopenia, and it also has good clinical value in relieving patients'bad emotions. The reason may be related to the fact that this intervention can improve patients'self-efficacy.This nursing mode has certain promotion value and positive significance for harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
