Objective:To explore the effects of PDCA circulating nursing on pain degree,self-care ability and sleep quality of pa-tients after anal fistula surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with anal fistula who were operated in the People's Hospital Affili-ated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the main objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA circular nursing.The pain degree,self-care abili-ty and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups at 6 h after surgery.The pain scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(Ps＜0.05).The scores of self-care ability after care in both groups were higher than before care,and the scores of self-care ability after care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,showing sta-tistical significance(Ps＜0.05).Sleep quality scores of patients after care in both groups were significantly lower than before care,and all sleep quality scores of the observation group after care were lower than those of the control group,with statistical sig-nificance(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circular nursing for patients with anal fistula surgery can not only reduce the pain de-gree of patients and improve their self-care ability,but also improve the sleep quality of patients,and promote the recovery of pa-tients'physical functions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
