Objective:To investigate the effect of stratified and graded nursing intervention on symptom improvement and sleep quality of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods:A total of 66 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted to the East Branch of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to April 2023 were se-lected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received stratified and graded nursing, and the im-provement of symptoms, sleep quality, complications and hospitalization outcome of the two groups were compared. Results:The symptom improvement time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of obser-vation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The length of ICU stay and total hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of stratified and graded nursing intervention for severe craniocerebral trauma can accelerate the improvement of symptoms, improve the quality of sleep, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the recovery of patients.
