Objective:To explore the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative perioperative nursing based on Fast Track Surgery(FTS)concept in radical prostatectomy on postoperative Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score, incidence of complications, and sleep quality. Methods:A total of 70 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medi-cal University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative perioperative nursing based on the FTS con-cept.The NRS scores, incidence of postoperative complications, and sleep quality index before and after surgery were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:The incidence of postoperative complications was measured in both groups of patients, and the values obtained in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);.Before surgery, there was no significant difference in NRS scores between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After surgery, the NRS scores of two groups of patients were measured, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary collaborative perioperative nursing based on FTS concept in radical prostate cancer has a definite effect on relieving patients'pain, and improving the overall sleep quality while preventing postoperative complications, which is worthy of reference.
