Objective:To explore the influence of whole-course nursing combined with multi-professional nursing model on sleep quality in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods:A total of 110 patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in Yongchun County Hospital were enrolled from January 2022 to January 2023.They were classified into observation group(n=55)and con-trol group(n=55)by using the random dice method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observa-tion group carried out whole-course nursing combined with multi-professional nursing model intervention on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability, negative emotions and sleep quality were compared. Results:After intervention, the Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESC A)score in both groups was significantly risen compared with that before intervention, and the ESC A score in observation group with(103.73±24.29)points was significantly higher than in control group with(90.66±25.07)points(Ps<0.05).The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21)scores were significantly reduced in the two groups compared to before in-tervention,and the scores of depression, anxiety and stress of DASS-21 scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score with(12.61±3.34)points,(13.14±3.24)points,(13.07±3.42)points and(11.99±2.96)points in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-course nursing combined with multi-professional nursing model can effectively improve the self-care ability, effectively regulate the negative emotions, enhance the sleep quality, and help the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.
