居家护理对脑卒中后癫痫患者负面情绪、睡眠和生命质量的影响研究

摘要

目的:研究对脑卒中后癫痫患者应用居家护理对其负面情绪、睡眠以及生命质量的影响.方法:选取2018年3月至2022年3月福建医科大学附属协和医院神经内科收治的脑卒中合并癫痫患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例.对照组采用常规随访管理,观察组采用居家护理,比较2组负面情绪以及生命质量.结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、睡眠时间及夜醒次数均优于对照组(均P＜0.05).对照组满意度为72.22％,低于观察组满意度97.22％(P＜0.05).结论:对脑卒中后癫痫患者给予居家护理可有效改善其负面情绪,提升其生命质量,有利于神经功能的康复,得到患者认可,提高其满意度.

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of home nursing on negative emotions,sleep and quality of life.Methods:Among the stroke patients with epilepsy admitted to the Department of Neurology of the Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital,72 patients were randomly selected and divided into a control group(36 cases,routine follow-up management)and an observation group(36 cases,home nursing).The two groups were compared with negative emotions and quality of life.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),sleep time,and number of nocturnal awakenings in the observation group were better than those of the control group(Ps＜0.05).The satisfaction of the control group(72.22％)was lower than that of the observation group(97.22％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Home nursing for epilepsy patients after stroke can effectively improve their negative emotions,improve their quality of life,facilitate the rehabilitation of neurological function,gain patient recognition,and improve their satisfaction.
