Objective:To analyze the effect of predictive nursing combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in lum-bar surgery.Methods:A total of 100 cases of lumbar surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine nursing intervention,while the observation group received the concept of predictive nursing combined with accelerated rehabil-itation surgery,and observed and compared the nursing intervention effects of the two groups.Results:Compared with pre-opera-tion,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of both groups were significantly de-creased(Ps＜0.05),while the lumbar function score of Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)was significantly increased(P＜0.05).VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(Ps＜0.05),while JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoper-ative complications in the observation group were significantly reduced(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Providing predictive nursing com-bined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients with lumbar surgery can relieve pain,improve lumbar function,improve sleep quality and reduce complications,and is worth promoting.
