Objective:To study the effect of applying high-quality nursing measures in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorders. Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction accompanied by sleep disorders admitted to the In-ternal Medicine Department of Fujian Luoyuan County Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received rou-tine nursing, while the observation group received high-quality nursing. Results:The average number of nighttime awakenings in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the nighttime awakening time was significantly shor-ter than that in the control group. The total sleep time was significantly longer than that in the control group(Ps<0.05).Accord-ing to the results of sleep quality assessment at the time of enrollment, there was no statistically significant difference before nurs-ing(P>0.05).After nursing, the sleep quality scores of both groups of patients were significantly lower than before nursing, and the observation group had lower scores than the control group, with statistical significance(Ps<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than the 82.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=2.005,P=0.045).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in the care of patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorders has a good effect.
