Objective:To discuss the feasibility of evidence-based nursing based on the actual postoperative nursing points and routine methods of patients with severe pneumonia tracheotomy.Methods:Atotal of 80 severe pneumonia patients admitted to Dezhou Lingcheng District People's Hospital,Shandong Province from October 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the double-blind principle,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received evidence-based nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The compari-son items were quality of life,nursing evaluation,sleep quality and adverse symptoms.Results:After intervention,the observation group's implementation of the life guarantee of patients'prognosis and the mean improvement in the score monitoring of related life indicators were higher than those of the control group,and the statistical differences were significant(Ps＜0.05).After inter-vention,the improvement of patients'physical signs,subjective emotions and the scientific nature of all nursing work processes un-der supervision in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the statistical differences were significant(Ps＜0.05).After intervention,the mean value of sleep quality monitoring and mental expression in communication in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group,and the statistical differences were significant(P＜0.05).The recogni-tion degree and comprehensive quality evaluation of the nursing measure in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the statistical differences were significant(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing provides good and perfect postoperative medical services,ensures normal sleep at night,has higher safety and efficacy,and signifi-cantly improves patients'prognosis and life.
