Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based individualized nursing on the physical and mental status of patients with hypopnea sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 patients with hypopnea sleep apnea syndrome were selected,all ad-mitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in the control group and 60 patients in the observation group.The control group chose routine nursing intervention,while the observation group chose evidence-based individualized nursing to observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire(FFMQ)scores of inactivity,unjudgment,perceived action,description and observation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The Ep-worth Sleeping Scale(ESS)scores,Apnea-hypopnea Index(AHI)and Micro-arousal Index(MAI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05),and the lowest Lowest Oxygen Saturation(LSO)at night was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Sleep Apnea Quality of Life Index(SAQLI)scores of social influ-ence,daily activities,symptoms and emotional function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based individualized nursing for patients with hypopnea sleep apnea syndrome can sig-nificantly improve their positive emotions and sleep quality,so that their quality of life significantly improved,it is worth promo-ting.
