The Impact of Continuous Quality Improvement Integrated Medical Nursing Management Model on Patients with Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Respiratory Failure
Objective:To investigate the value of continuous quality improvement integrated medical nursing management model in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)respiratory failure. Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe COPD respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The con-trol group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with integrated nursing mode under continuous quality improvement. The quality of sleep and mental state before and after nursing were compared to evaluate the quality of nurs-ing.Results:After nursing, the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depressed Scale(SDS)in 2 groups were lower than before nursing, and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(Ps<0.05).The nursing quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Continuous quality improvement of integrated management of medical nursing can improve the sleep and psychological state of patients with severe COPD and respiratory failure.
