Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing pathways in interventional surgery for liver cancer. Methods:This study selected 96 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as the study subjects, and all patients underwent interventional treatment. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(n=48)received routine nursing, and the observation group(n=48)was added to the clinical nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing.Evaluate and compare the liver function test indicators[glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),total bilirubin(TBIL)]and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of two groups before and 7 days after surgery.Observe and compare the incidence of complications between the two groups. Results:Before surgery, there was no significant difference in TBIL,GPT,GOT levels, and PSQI scores between the two groups(Ps>0.05).On day 7 after surgery, various liver function indicators and PSQI scores in both groups improved compared to before surgery(Ps<0.05),and all indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.5%,which was lower than the control group's 31.25%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of clinical nursing pathways in interventional treatment of liver cancer patients has a positive significance, which can effectively improve the patient's liver function, optimize sleep quality, prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote prognosis. It is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.
