摘要

目的:探究布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入对支原体肺炎患儿睡眠质量和生命质量的影响.方法:选取2022年7月至2023年10月福建省莆田市第一医院儿科支原体肺炎患儿88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,对照组开展常规西医治疗,观察组开展布地奈德联合吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗.比较2组患者治疗前后夜间觉醒次数、日平均睡眠时间、夜间最长连续睡眠时间、儿童生命质量量表(QLSCA)评分以及血气水平、炎症介质水平变化.结果:治疗后观察组夜间觉醒次数低于对照组(P<0.05),日平均睡眠时间、夜间最长连续睡眠时间均长于对照组(均P<0.05).治疗后2组QLSCA评分均增加(均P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组血氧分压[p(O2)]、氧合指数[p(O2)/FiO2]均高于对照组(均P<0.05),二氧化碳分压[p(CO2)]低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05).结论:布地奈德联合吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入可以提升支原体肺炎患儿睡眠质量和生命质量,改善患儿血气水平及炎症介质水平.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of Budesonide combined with L-Cysteine inhalation on the quality of sleep and quality of life in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods:A total of 88 pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia were se-lected from the Department of Pediatrics,Putian First Hospital,Fujian Province from July 2022 to October 2023.The children were randomly sorted from 0 to 88 using a random digital table.Odd sequence patients received routine Western medicine treatment(44 cases,control group),while even sequence patients received budesonide combined with inhalation of acetylcysteine nebulized in-halation(44 cases,observation group).Compare the sleep quality(number of nighttime awakenings,average daily sleep time,lon-gest continuous sleep time at night),quality of life(Children's Quality of Life Scale(QLSCA)),and changes in blood gas levels and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment between two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the observation group had fewer nighttime awakenings compared to the control group(P<0.05).The average daily sleep duration and the longest continuous nighttime sleep duration were both significantly longer in the observation group than in the control group(Ps<0.05).The Quality of Life Scale for Children with Asthma(QLSCA)scores increased for both groups post-treatment(Ps<0.05),with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment blood oxygen partial pressure[p(O2)]and oxygenation index[p(O2)/FiO2]were higher in the observation group than in the control group(Ps<0.05),while the carbon di-oxide partial pressure[p(CO2)]was lower(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-12(IL-12),and gamma in-terferon(γ-IFN)were also significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(Ps<0.05).These results indicate that budesonide combined with acetylcysteine nebulization inhalation not only enhances sleep quality and life quality for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae but also optimizes their respiratory function and inflammatory status.Conclusion:Combina-tion inhalation of budesonide and acetylcysteine nebulization can improve sleep and quality of life,blood gas levels,and inflamma-tory cytokine levels in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.
