观察心脏康复治疗在冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:观察心脏康复治疗在冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年3月至2023年7月山东省第二康复医院心内科收治的冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,同时比较2组患者干预前后的不良症状发生率.结果:治疗后,观察组患者睡眠质量PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组不良症状发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:心脏康复治疗有利于改善冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者的生活状态,有效降低患者不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy in patients with coronary heart disease combined with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and sleep disorders admitted to the Cardiology Department of Shandong Second Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study sub-jects.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 ca-ses in each group.Compare the changes in quality of life between two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Short Form of Health Survey(SF-36),compare the changes in sleep quality between the two groups of patients before and after in-tervention using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and compare the incidence of adverse symptoms between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:After treatment,the PSQI sleep quality score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation therapy is beneficial for improving the living conditions of patients with coronary heart disease combined with sleep disorders,effectively re-ducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
