摘要
目的:分析有氧运动对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2023年1-9月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的T2DM患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.2组均接受常规治疗,观察组同步开展为期12周的有氧运动.比较2组干预后血糖、血脂水平及睡眠质量,其中睡眠质量采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评价.结果:观察组干预后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组(P＜0.05),血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇也显著较低(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组PSQI显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:有氧运动可改善T2DM患者糖脂代谢紊乱,提升血糖控制效果,减轻睡眠障碍.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of aerobic exercise on blood sugar and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 90 patients with T2DM were enrolled,randomly divided into the study group(n=45)and control group(n=45).Both groups received routine treatment,while the study group underwent 12 weeks of aerobic exercise sim-ultaneously.The two groups'blood glucose,blood lipids,and sleep quality were compared,and the sleep quality was evaluated u-sing the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:After the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose hemoglobin A1c and HOMA-IR of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI of the study group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic exercise can improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorders and alleviate sleep disorders in patients with T2DM.
