音乐疗法联合胃肠保健操对功能性消化不良患者胃肠症状与睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:分析音乐疗法联合胃肠保健操在功能性消化不良(FD)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年5月至2023年10泉州市第一医院收治的合并睡眠障碍FD患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组37例.2组均行药物治疗,观察组同步接受音乐疗法与胃肠保健操.比较2组治疗后消化道症状评分、情绪症状、睡眠质量、临床疗效.结果:观察组4周、8周及12周消化不良症状指数低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分较低(P＜0.05).观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:音乐疗法联合胃肠保健操可提升FD临床疗效,促进胃肠功能恢复,改善睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To know the effect of music therapy combined with gastrointestinal exercise in treating functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:A total of 74 FD patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into a study group(n=37)and a control group(n=37).Both groups received medication treatment,while the study group received music therapy and gastrointestinal exer-cise simultaneously.The scores of gastrointestinal symptoms,emotional symptoms,sleep quality,and clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:The Nepean Dyspepsia Symptom Index scores of a study group at 4 w,8 w,and 12 w were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had lower anxiety and depression scores after treat-ment compared to the control group and lower Self Rating Sleep Scale(SRSS)score(P＜0.05).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in effective rate between the two groups,but the study group had a higher apparent efficiency rate(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy combined with gastrointestinal exercise can enhance the treatment efficacy of FD,promote gastrointes-tinal function recovery,and improve sleep quality.
