普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床效果及对睡眠时间的影响
Clinical Effect of Praprofen Eye Drops Combined with Artificial Tears in the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome and Its Influence on Sleep Time

摘要
目的:探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床效果及对睡眠时间的影响.方法:选取2023年2月至2023年9月安溪县医院干眼症患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.观察组采用普拉洛芬滴眼液+人工泪液治疗,对照组采用人工泪液治疗,比较2组治疗效果、睡眠质量(PSQI)、临床指标.结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.67％,高于对照组的83.33％(P＜0.05).治疗前,2组PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQI评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).视疲劳、眼部干涩、充血红肿、眼部异物感消失时间观察组均较对照组短(P＜0.05),泪膜破裂时间观察组较对照组长(P＜0.05).结论:对干眼症者行普拉洛芬滴眼液+人工泪液治疗,调整睡眠时间,利于病情康复,疗效突出,可进一步推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of praprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears in treating dry eye syndrome and its influence on sleep time.Methods:A total of 120 patients with dry eye in Anxi County Hospital from February 2023 to September 2023 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method.The observation group(n=60 ca-ses,prallophen eye drops+artificial tears treatment)and the control group(n=60 cases,artificial tears treatment)were compared for treatment effect,sleep quality(PSQI),and clinical indexes.Results:The effective rate was 96.67％in the observation group and 83.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no specific difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Asthenopia,eye dry-ness,congestive redness,and disappearance time of eye foreign body sensation in the observation group were shorter than in the control group(P＜0.05).The tear film rupture time in the observation group was longer than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Praprofen eye drops+artificial tear therapy for dry eye patients and adjustment of sleep time are beneficial to the re-habilitation of the disease,and the curative effect is outstanding,which can be further popularized.
