观察伏诺拉生治疗难治性胃食管反流患者的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:观察伏诺拉生治疗难治性胃食管反流(rGERD)患者的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月福建省莆田学院附属医院消化内科收治的rGERD患者114例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组57例.对照组给予兰索拉唑片治疗,观察组在兰索拉唑片治疗的基础上加用伏诺拉生治疗.采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分、不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:伏诺拉生治疗GERD的疗效确切,能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,防止不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用..
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of vorolaxen in treating refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)patients and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 114 patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at Putian University Affiliated Hospital in Fujian Province from September 2021 to September 2022 was selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lansoprazole tablets,while the observation group was treated with Vonorasone and Lansoprazole tablets.They were using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between two groups of patients and the treatment ef-fectiveness and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The PSQI score and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Vonorasone has a definite therapeutic effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease,can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
