白芍葛根汤联合黄连温胆汤应用于骨科住院患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨白芍葛根汤联合黄连温胆汤应用于骨科住院患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021年7月至2023年6月民勤县中医院骨科收治的住院患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组给予骨科常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用白芍葛根汤联合黄连温胆汤治疗.治疗3个月后观察2组的焦虑及疼痛程度、日常生活能力、睡眠质量及并发症发生率.结果:治疗后,观察组焦虑及疼痛程度显著优于对照组的(P＜0.05);观察组日常生活能力明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组睡眠明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症率显著低(P＜0.05).结论:白芍葛根汤联合黄连温胆汤应用于骨科住院患者可提高临床疗效,减轻疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Baishao Gegen Decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction on orthopedic inpatients and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients in the Department of Orthopedics of Minqin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received orthopedic routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Baishao Gegen Decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction based on routine treatment.After 3 months of treatment,the anxiety and pain degree,daily liv-ing ability,sleep quality,and complication rate of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the anxiety and pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The daily living ability of the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Sleep in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:Baishao Gegen Decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction can improve clinical efficacy,relieve pain and im-prove sleep quality in orthopedic inpatients with high safety.
