Analysis of the Application Effect of Baihe Dihuang Tang Combined with Suanzaoren Tang Modified Therapy on Elderly Insomnia Patients

摘要
目的:分析百合地黄汤结合酸枣仁汤加味疗法对老年失眠患者的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年6月饶河县中医医院中医科收治的老年失眠患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予百合地黄汤结合酸枣仁汤加味疗法干预.采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用中医症候积分比较2组患者中医症状的改善效果,并比较2组患者不良反应状况.结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组中医症候积分显著低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:百合地黄汤结合酸枣仁汤加味疗法对老年失眠患者的治疗效果确切,能使其临床症状和睡眠质量得到明显改善,且有较高的安全性,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Baihe Dihuang Tang combined with Suanzaoren Tang modified therapy on elderly insomnia patients.Methods:A total of 100 elderly insomnia patients admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine De-partment of Raohe County Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Using a random num-ber table method,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The con-trol group received treatment with Eszolam tablets.In contrast,the observation group received intervention with Baihe Dihuang Tang combined with Suanzaoren Tang modified therapy based on the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores were used to compare the improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the two groups of patients,and the adverse reaction status of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Baihe Dihuang Tang and Suanzaoren Tang modified therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on elderly insomnia patients,which can significantly improve their clinical symptoms and sleep quality and has high safety.It is worth promoting and using clinically.
