艾司唑仑与右佐匹克隆治疗老年痴呆伴睡眠障碍患者的比较观察

摘要
目的:分析艾司唑仑与右佐匹克隆对老年痴呆伴睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年6月尤溪福泽众康医院收治的老年痴呆伴睡眠障碍患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例.对照组患者采取艾司唑仑治疗,观察组患者则采用右佐匹克隆治疗,根据2组患者为期30 d的用药情况总结临床疗效差异.结果:观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,简易精神状况评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);且观察组患者生活能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在老年痴呆伴睡眠障碍患者临床干预中,右佐匹克隆的治疗效果整体高于艾司唑仑.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of esazolam and dexzopiclone in patients with Alzheimer's and sleep disor-ders.Methods:In this study,72 elderly dementia patients with sleep disorders admitted to Youxi Fuze Zhongkang Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group were treated with eszolam,and the ob-servation group was treated with dexzopiclone.The clinical differences were summarized according to the medication status of the two groups for 30 days.Results:The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score in observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Mini-mental State Examination score was higher than that of the control group(Ps＜0.05).The living ability score of patients in this group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical intervention of patients with dementia and sleep disorders,dzopiclone was more effective than eszolam.
